We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any promotions or free-shipping offers will be applied automatically or with the appropriate code.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every bag. If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or refund on unopened product. Because coffee is a consumable, we handle opened-product issues case by case, and we're reasonable about it.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged goods.
